• Service refers to the games published by the Company, on Google Play and on web game portals, and to this website.
• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a cellphone, a tablet or a computer.

• Third-Party Service means any third-party company whose software or service is used in the Service, as listed in this Privacy Policy.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically when using the Service.
• You means the individual using the Service.

Information Collected

The Service does not offer user accounts and does not ask You for Your name, email address, phone number, address, contacts or precise location. Game progress and settings are stored only on Your Device. The Company does not operate servers that store Your data.

When You use the Service, Third-Party Services integrated in it may collect Usage Data automatically, which may include: Your Device's advertising ID and other device identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device model, operating system, language, network information, gameplay and app usage events, interactions with advertisements, and diagnostic data.

Third-Party Services

The Service uses the following Third-Party Services:

• Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and the advertising networks it works with, including Unity Ads, to display and measure advertisements and to prevent fraud. Privacy policy: Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics for Firebase, to analyze how the Service is used. Google Analytics collects Usage Data through the Firebase SDK using device identifiers, including the advertising ID and an app instance ID. • Google Play, which distributes the Company's mobile games. Privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy.
• Web game portals that host browser versions of the Company's games, which operate their own services and advertising under their own privacy policies.

Not every game uses every Third-Party Service. Third-Party Services collect and process information under their own privacy policies and are responsible for their own data practices. The Company does not control and is not responsible for the practices of any Third-Party Service.

Use of Information

Information collected through the Service may be used:

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To display advertisements, including personalized advertisements where permitted.
• To analyze usage of the Service and improve it.
• To prevent fraud and protect the security of the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices

Where required by law, You are asked for consent before personalized advertising and analytics are enabled. You can change Your choice, or opt out of the sale or sharing of Your information for personalized advertising, with the Privacy option in the game, where available. You can reset or delete Your advertising ID in Your Device settings. Uninstalling a game stops all collection by that game.

Retention of Data

Data stored on Your Device remains there until You clear the game's data or uninstall the game. Data collected by Third-Party Services is retained according to their own retention policies.

Transfer of Data

Third-Party Services may process information on computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.

Delete Your Data

You can delete all data a game stores on Your Device by clearing the game's data or uninstalling it. Requests regarding data collected by a Third-Party Service should be directed to that Third-Party Service, as the Company does not hold that data. See Data deletion.

Disclosure of Data

The Company may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, or protect against legal liability. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, information may be transferred.

Security of Data

Data collected by Third-Party Services is transmitted using encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and the security of information cannot be guaranteed.

Children's Privacy

The Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Personal Data through the Service, please contact Us.

Links and Advertisements

The Service may contain advertisements and links to websites or apps that are not operated by Us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites, apps, services or advertisers.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the practices of any Third-Party Service.
